Indian Head Massage

 Indian Head Massage is based on the Ayurvedic system of healing which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years.

The aim is to release stress and disperse tension that has built up in the tissues, muscles and joints.

 This Massage can be given without oil as a 30 minute massage, in a specially designed chair.

 Alternatively clients can choose to book this as a luxury 1 hour or 90 Minutes massage with oil This will concentrate on head, face, neck upper back and shoulders. Clients also have the choice of incorporating

Shiatsu techniques into the session making this a whole body treatment.
